So you got a text message asking for a Health Survey. It comes from Nyfty.ai, an A.I. bot that helps construction companies collect and manage data. You got it because somebody added you to the Automation. That person is named in the message, so if you have any questions, please ask them.
Most construction companies today give access to their systems so you can log data. Usually you get an invite for which ever system they're using, sometimes you have to download an app. In all cases you have to setup a password, navigate to the project, and remember to submit the data everyday.
Nyfty.ai avoids all that by just sending an SMS, all you have to do is reply or click the link.

Just tell Nyfty something like "Not onsite today"
You can also speak to the person mentioned in the SMS, and ask them to remove you.
If you are desperate, you can reply saying "STOP" but its much better if you speak to the sender instead.
