  1. Setup trigger information (Days, time and duration)
  2. Add Vendors (These are the companies you have to collect Manpower Logs for)
  3. Select Vendors (This data comes from Procore's Project Directory)
  4. Pick from Directory if there is a contact with a mobile phone, or type manually
  5. Tick or select Finish to set Automation Live

Preflight Check

Preflight Check is designed for Small and Medium projects where not all subcontractors attend site everyday, or for larger projects at the start as things ramp up. Whilst Nyfty.ai understands comments like "We're not onsite today", in some cases it might be preferable to stop Nyfty.ai from messaging them for a while.

Nyfty.ai will message the Automation Owner (Superintendent) just before the automation starts. The Super can click a link and very quickly modify the vendor list:

The idea is that you configure as many Vendors in the config as possible, and simply make them active on the days they are on site, Nyfty will take care of the rest.
